Theresa Gage is a media and entertainment executive with experience in advertising, marketing and sales management. She is currently a freelance blogger and author of ChasingTheFullMoon.com where she documents her life traveling and exploring new cultures.

Formerly, Theresa served as Vice President Western Region for Undertone, a digital advertising company that sits at the intersection of media, creative and technology. An accomplished executive with corporate leadership experience, she has developed strategic partnerships for Pandora Radio, built effective teams as Vice President Southwest Region for Westwood One Broadcasting and negotiated agreements with talent, music tours and venues as a Vice President National Alliances for Live Nation. She was a Senior Vice President at Premiere Radio Networks, a division of Clear Channel/iHeart, where she managed multiple sales offices across the U.S.

As a graduate of the University of North Texas, Theresa began her career in Dallas in account management for The Richards Group where she worked with clients such as Head Golf, Dickies Workwear and Zales Jewelers overseeing media relations, publicity and branding efforts. She relocated to Los Angeles to work in entertainment and negotiated music tour sponsorships for a variety of talent including Paul McCartney, U2, Tom Petty and Aerosmith. She expanded her work into media with a position at Disney in the broadcasting division where she was a member of the synergy team responsible for developing campaigns that crossed over multiple Disney assets.

Theresa has also run her own consulting practice advising venture backed clients how to build out their sales and marketing efforts to develop multiple revenue streams. From negotiating celebrity endorsement contracts, to contracting image and licensing agreements and staging press conferences, Theresa has rounded out her media and entertainment expertise over the years.

Theresa holds a BS in Journalism from the University of North Texas and currently sits on the board of The Mayborn School of Journalism, is ex-officio Chairman of the Board of Step Up Women’s Network and is an ex-officio board member of Operation Hope.
