Open to any Journalism major with a GPA of 2.5 or above. Ricco and her husband, a former journalism graduate student, have been longtime supporters of the journalism program at UNT. In addition to this scholarship, the Riccos give money to writing contest winners at The Mayborn Literary Nonfiction Conference.
