Undergraduate Certificate in Sports Journalism

The sports journalism certificate program is designed to enhance writing, reporting, broadcast and multimedia skills for careers in the field of sports journalism.

The certificate is not a separate major track, but rather an extension of the standard required coursework offered by the News Concentration. To qualify, students must have journalism major status and meet specific departmental requirements.
